My office is located in my backyard to the left of my garden. Please park on the street and arrive no earlier than your start time. There is no bathroom in my office so please make sure to use one before your session. My house is always available though if need be.
If you can, take time to arrive gently. Pause in nature, meditate for a few moments, drink some water, feel your breath, this will help us centre together.
